Shipping

International Orders: We offer international shipping anywhere the US postal service delivers. Items ship out as USPS First Class International Mail, and will generally take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

US Orders: Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive shipment to the contiguous United States.

Refund + Return Policy

All sales to Lettersketch are final. If you are unhappy with the item you receive, you may return it for an exchange for the same or similar item within 15 days of delivery. Sender must include the packing slip that was sent with original purchase, and is responsible for any additional postage. Please note that because of the hand made nature of our products, natural variations may occur and are not considered defects.
